Slalom training

Slalom training on a Wednesday evening will return on Wednesday April 4th.

Training will start at 6.30pm so you need to be changed, warmed up and ready to go for 6.30. If you can arrive early to help set up the gates thats even better.

Please bring a bottle of water / squash to have either before/during/after training, slalom is thirsty work!

If you need to borrow a boat there are quite a few smallish slalom boats or plastic boats.

Don’t worry if you’ve never done slalom before, as long as you can padddle straight, know your sweep strokes and are keen thats all thats needed.

The session will finish around 8pm depending on light.
